Munster champions Tramore needed all their fighting spirit after six years of campaigning together to reach today’s AIG Senior Cup final at Carton House.

Lisselan, the picturesque little nine-hole club just outside of Clonakilty, savoured a little piece of national success in 2010 when they reached the final of the Irish Mixed Foursomes Championship at Castlerock.

Spanish Point gave Munster golf another reason to cheer at the AIG All-Ireland Cups & Shields National finals when they lifted the Pierce Purcell Shield at Royal Tara Golf Club.
