There are fears for the safety of a Cork student missing in Poland since Wednesday.

THERE was a huge sigh of relief at Dooradoyle yesterday as holders Presentation Brothers College, Cork, edged into the Avonmore Munster Schools Junior Cup final with a one point win over Crescent Comprehensive.

PRESENTATION Brothers, Cork were ultimately comfortable winners over Ard Scoil Rís at Musgrave Park, Cork yesterday — but not before they were made to dig deep by a team who won their place in the last eight through the back door system.

Presentation Brothers College added another major piece of silverware to their 2006/07 collection after capturing the Avonmore Milk Munster Schools Junior Cup title at rain-swept Dooradoyle yesterday.
