A FAMILY holiday almost turned to tragedy after a toddler was hit on the head by a rock thrown at his camper van.

MARY KAY LETOURNEAU, whose notorious seduction of a 12-year-old boy led to more than seven years in prison, has married the former student she was convicted of raping.

Mary Kay Letourneau and her former sixth-grade student have married in a tightly-guarded ceremony, nearly a year after she was released from prison for raping him.
