The emerging force in global bloodstock, Qatar Racing have bought a 100 acre farm in County Limerick to nurture young horses.

Dermot Weld’s described the result as “very appropriate” after Voleuse De Coeurs landed the listed Vintage Crop Stakes in convincing style in Navan yesterday.

Two visually-impaired runners completed an incredible 32-mile challenge across 32 counties tonight and hailed the spirit of Irish adventure and the abilities of people with a disability as their inspiration.
