A PHOTOGRAPHER suspected of planting a listening device outside the Sydney home of Oscar- winning actress Nicole Kidman will not have to give a DNA sample to police, an appeals court ruled yesterday.

A celebrity photographer has been ordered to give a DNA sample to police investigating the apparent bugging of Oscar winner Nicole Kidman’s Australian home.
