THE importance of wearing seat belts and observing drink driving laws was highlighted yesterday, following an inquest into the deaths of three men in a one-car crash in early January.

A HOPE that widespread publicity following an horrific car crash that claimed the lives of three young men would be a reminder to people to be extra careful on the roads was expressed by a priest yesterday.

IN one church a yellow, toy digger was placed before the altar, symbolising the life of a young man tragically taken before his time.

The three men who were killed in a road accident near Listowel, Co Kerry in the early hours of this morning have been named by gardai.
