A breakfront bookcase from the White Star liner, Celtic, which foundered on rocks at the entrance to Cork Harbour in 1928, comes up at the Lynes and Lynes sale in Carrigtuohill, Co Cork, on Jan 26.

Paul Henry’s Old-Age Pensioners comes up at Bonhams in London on November 14. It is estimated at £100,000-£150,000.
