A WOMAN, pregnant with a rare form of Siamese twins, is refusing medical advice to terminate the pregnancy.

One of the conjoined twins being separated at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children has died, the hospital said today.

Surgeons were attempting today to separate conjoined twins who were born last week.
