Taoiseach Brian Cowen is to visit Buncrana Garda Station in Co Donegal later to pay his respects to the colleagues of a young garda who was killed following a crash yesterday morning.

Garda Commissioner Fachtna Murphy and Justice Minister Dermot Ahern today led tributes to the young garda who died today after being injured in a head-on car crash.
