The Court of Criminal Appeal has upheld the 14-year sentence handed down to a Kerry man who killed a man he found in bed with his brother’s teenage ex-girlfriend.

Two Kerry brothers have each been sentenced to 14 years in prison for the manslaughter of a 30-year-old man they found in bed with the younger brother’s teenaged ex-girlfriend.

The two brothers on trial for murdering a man known as ‘English Jim’ in Killarney were found not guilty of murder and guilty of manslaughter this evening.
