A “committed criminal” described as a serious risk to society has been sentenced to 15 years for a variety of offences including a meat cleaver attack and dangerous driving causing serious harm.

Two men have appeared in court in Dublin this morning charged with assault, causing harm to another man in Dublin's City Centre on Friday night.
