THE leader of the British eurosceptics in the European Parliament has refused to apologise for calling the EU president a “low grade bank clerk” and has been fined almost €3,000.

A BRITISH MEP is to be reprimanded by the president of the European Parliament after shouting insults at Herman Van Rompuy, the man who represents the EU leaders.
