A FIREARMS officer involved in the fatal shooting of a barrister is to face misconduct action after telling a colleague he had inserted pop song titles into his inquest evidence, a police watchdog said.

A POLICE marksman accused of inserting song titles into his evidence during the inquest into the death of barrister Mark Saunders was suspended yesterday, his force said.
