KATIE TAYLOR is the only female representative on the shortlist for the RTÉ Sports Person of the Year.

All-Ireland Camogie champions Wexford took the National title at the Canon Hayes Sports Awards, which took place in the Aherlow House Hotel, Tipperary on Saturday night.

The Wexford camogie team have followed the best tradition of cup final songs by hitting the the recording studio ahead of this Sunday’s All-Ireland final clash against Cork.
