Top Security Group today announced it is to merge its two IT Security entities under one brand name - TopSec Technology.

The Top Security Group has bough South African firms Standby Security and Claw Security in deals worth a total of more than €3.75m, the company announced today.

THE two founders of a Dublin-based software firm will net €7 million between them after selling the company.
