THE Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) has ruled that two former Bank of Ireland staff were unfairly sacked over their role in circulating “offensive and disturbing” emails.

Enterprise Minister Richard Bruton is today proposing the amalgamation of the five employment rights bodies.
