Supermac's has gone to court in a legal row over the refurbishment of a fast food restaurant in Limerick.

The move further delays Supermacs' application to have its own Supermacs trademark registered Europe-wide to enable the business expand.

Supermacs has confirmed tonight that it buys its beef burgers from Rangeland Foods.
