THE Government has finally given the green light to a private company to operate a new direct bus service linking Cork’s Kent railway station to the airport.

A COMMERCIAL helicopter contracted by the US government was shot down by missile fire north of the Iraqi capital yesterday, killing at least 11 people, including six American contractors, officials said.

Start-up discount airline, SkyLink, is looking to be the first to offer cheap trans-Atlantic flights, according to a report from the Associated Press.
