THE Shannon Estuary is on the threshold of a new industrial dawn which promises to transform the entire industrial aspect of the Mid-West and Kerry.

Regional development must be prioritised in the new National Development Plan, according to the chief executive of Ireland's only regional development compan, Shannon Development.
