Phoenix Energy has agreed to sell its gas supply business to rival power firm Airtricity.

Northern Ireland Energy Holdings (NIEH) have started talks with Phoenix Energy Holdings about buying the Phoenix-owned gas transmission pipeline between Islandmagee and Belfast.
