A former IRA man told the Bloody Sunday Inquiry today he saw a soldier finish off an unarmed man as he lay on the ground.

Two more Official IRA members are preparing to give evidence to the Bloody Sunday Tribunal, it emerged tonight.

THE Bloody Sunday tribunal decided yesterday to delay taking legal action against Sinn Féin MP Martin McGuinness for refusing to reveal the names of fellow IRA members.
