THE Cork-based drink distribution company Barry & Fitzwilliam saw its profits fall by more than half last year, but claims not to be in danger of becoming loss-making in the foreseeable future.

Barry & Fitzwilliam has sealed new direct distribution contracts with Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Bols Amsterdam, The Edrington Group, Rémy Cointreau Group and SPI Group for a 23 globally recognised drinks brands.
