A PARTIAL building collapse has sparked fears for the safety of buildings in the part of Cork city which bore the brunt of last November’s massive flood.

IT’S HARD to blame the hundreds of Cork householders and business owners affected by the city’s worst flood in living memory for being angry, frustrated and fearful.

THE Government was accused last night of “completely failing” some of the worst affected victims of the devastating flood which struck Cork city last November, causing an estimated €100 million damage.
