The Michelin-star Dublin restaurant Chapter One has increased its accumulated profits to €308,734.

The cash pile at one of the country’s best known restaurants, the Michelin- starred Chapter One, last year jumped more than 40% to almost €1m. 

Accumulated profits at Chapter One, one of the country’s select number of Michelin-starred eateries, last year continued to rise, topping €277,000.

One of the country’s best known restaurants, Chapter One, continues to benefit from a royal dividend as a result of its chef patron, Ross Lewis, being chosen to cook for Queen Elizabeth last year.
