A NEED to reconnect farming, food and rural communities will be highlighted by Euro-toques Ireland, the Irish Branch of the European Community of Chefs, at its sixth annual national food forum and fair at Brooklodge Hotel, Macreddin, Co Wicklow, on Sunday.
