The Irish Adoption Authority is due to sign a historic agreement with Vietnam tomorrow to pave the way for the resumption of adoptions between our two countries.

THE Irish ambassador to Indonesia is set to travel to Jakarta to meet officials investigating the adoption of Tristan Dowse by an Irish man and his wife.

AdoptionIreland has said it is concerned efforts to have Tristan Dowse readopted, however well meaning, are not in his best interests.
