The GAA have confirmed the make-up of its Football 'Stars of the 1980s' team which will be honoured on All-Ireland SFC final day on Sunday, September 22 when Dublin meet Mayo at Croke Park.

The GAA have confirmed the dates, times and venues for the GAA Football All-Ireland Senior Championship quarter-finals, with three of the matches taking place next weekend and Dublin and Tyrone due to square off on Saturday week.

Monaghan, conquerors of Derry in yesterday's first round, will again face Ulster opposition in the GAA Football All-Ireland qualifiers after being paired with Donegal in this evening's second round draw.

Sligo will field 11 members of the team which last year beat Mayo for the first time since 1975 when the teams meet again on Sunday in the Connacht Football semi-final.
