SOME 1,000 delegates are expected to attend the 58th annual meeting of the European Association of Animal Production (EAAP) in University College Dublin from August 26-29.

Ireland: The Director of Teagasc, Jim Flanagan, has been elected president of the European Association for Animal Production (EAAP), the professional representative body for the animal production sector in some 40 countries in Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
