A dog welfare charity has been given three months to clean up its act after an independent inquiry exposed serious deficiencies.

Security was tight at GAA Congress yesterday evening as a number of Croke Park residents protested outside the Heritage Hotel, Killenard venue.

SEAN KELLY said last night that a threatened demonstration outside Croke Park by a group called the Croke Park Streets Committee Association (CPSCA) would in no way disrupt the association’s annual Congress today.
