Shell has announced that it will provide high quality broadband for Mayo and Galway.

The Irish subsidiary of the global oil giant Shell has announced that the controversial Corrib gas pipeline will be re-routed.

Opponents of the Corrib gas pipeline are claiming that drinking water from Carrowmore Lake in Co Mayo has been heavily contaminated as a result of the project.
