TWICE as many children are living in poor housing conditions than before the economic boom with dampness, disrepair and overcrowding part of their daily lives.

CHILDREN of divorced parents do worse at school, have less social skills and are at greater risk of depression, according to one of the country’s leading psychiatrists.
