Social media and the internet are the fastest-growing problems facing Irish marriages and relationships, according to the country’s largest marriage advisory agency.

ACCORD, the Catholic marriage advisory and counselling agency, yesterday denied reports it was embroiled in a dispute over files wanted for the investigation into clerical child sex abuse in the Dublin Diocese.

MORE than 2,800 people were divorced last year, the highest annual figure since records began.
