A NUMBER of companies owned by Limerick developer Robert Butler have fallen under the aegis of NAMA, accounts confirm.

Publicly-quoted minnow Oglesby & Butler Group said cinema operator Kevin Anderson had increased his stake in the electronic tool manufacturer to over 21%.
