ICONIC broadcaster Philip Greene celebrates his 90th birthday tomorrow.

They may have a bit more grey hair than when they took to the field against arguably one of the world's greatest footballing sides, but some familiar and legendary faces gathered in Dublin this afternoon to commemorate an All Ireland sporting achievement 35 years ago.

THEY are the boys of the 60s who have become men in their 60s but, when they get together in a room even 40 years on, there is still the warming afterglow of what must have seemed, at one time, like the endless summer of their youth.
