Police in Toronto say they believe Canadian billionaire businessman Barry Sherman and his wife were both murdered.

Pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline today said it had lost a key court case in the US over the patent to its anti-depressant Paxil.

GlaxoSmithKline has announced that its court battle with Canadian firm Apotex over the expiry in 2006 of a patent covering its antidepressant Paxil will start in Chicago on February 5.
