Spanish football is proposing a stadium ban on all radical supporter groups, known as ultras, after violent clashes on Sunday led to the death of a Deportivo La Coruna fan.

Spain coach Luis Aragones is confident he is not going to be punished for alleged racism even though the Spanish FA (RFEF) opened a disciplinary case against him last week.

The Spanish Football Association have opened a disciplinary file against national coach Luis Aragones following the recommendations of Spain’s Anti-Violence Commission.

Luis Aragones claims his family have asked him to quit as Spain’s coach because of recent allegations of racism and persecution by the English press.
