O’Donnells previously agreed to vacate Gorse Hill, court told

The Court of Appeal has heard that Brian O’Donnell and his wife had previously agreed to hand over possession of the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin.

Mr O’Donnell is appealing against the trespass order granted by the High Court.
