A severe weather alert is preventing almost 50 ships docked in Dublin Port from leaving the country.

THE Tall Ships are coming again – and the spectacular event due to be staged in 2011 received a major boost last night with the announcement of €450,000 in sponsorship funding.

WATERFORD CITY will host an impressive international programme of music during a three-day festival in July to celebrate the Tall Ships Race 2005.
