A CITY councillor vowed last night to boycott a bus that has been hired to carry city fathers a few hundred metres to officially launch European Car-Free Day next week.

DUBLIN will be heaven with coffee at 11am and a stroll round Stephen’s Green on Monday, September 22, when along with 18 other cities and towns, the capital takes part in European Car-Free Day.

Eleven Irish towns and cities are lined up to participate in this year’s European Car-Free Day on September 22.
