A group representing women treated by an obstetrician struck off for professional misconduct today welcomed news that a report on his activities is to be passed on to gardaí.

The Medical Council has confirmed that its report into the activities of the Drogheda Obstetrician, Dr Michael Neary will be made available to the gardaí once legal proceedings are complete.
