RTÉ Gold presenter Tracy Clifford has announced that she is expecting a baby with her fiancé Mark.
The broadcaster, who has previously opened up about her fertility journey, posted about the news on Instagram on Thursday.
She posted a carousel of photos which featured selfies with Mark, as well as a mirror selfie showing her bump and a light box with the words: ‘Coming soon December 2026’.
“It still doesn't feel real.... but we'd like to share our news that we've been protecting for a while.
“Our precious little miracle baby is due later this year. We still can't quite believe it and are beyond grateful,” she wrote.
“I am acutely aware of how these 'announcement' posts can make those of us feel at times, particularly if they pop up on a bad day. We have considered not even posting at all because of this. But we do so, maybe to give hope.
“It's weird, because even though I am progressing well - 1 am still processing the trials and tribulations we've had and the time it took to get here - which is probably why I feel so anxious to say it all out loud and to you on Insta.
“It's also probably the reason I cried so much on my last 2FM show (like, my God, those tears were ...relentless) so let's just blame the progesterone injections on that one?
“But in saying all that, we are beyond ready to meet our new precious little bestie and have another raver in our gang.”
Clifford also said she will talk more about her pregnancy journey soon.
