08.00

I get up around 8am and the first thing I do is my skincare. I use Caudalie Resveratrol Lift serum and La Roche Posay SPF Mist.

I like minding my skin and skincare is a habit now. I won’t put on any makeup as I’ll be off to my boxing class.

09.00

Myself and my flatmate will go for a stroll.

I like to get out of the house to get some fresh air. We’ll often go to Gail’s - I’ll have a small oat latte and one of their delicious pain au chocolat.

10.30

I’ll head to my boxing class in Power of Boxing in Battersea. I rowed in Fermoy Rowing Club when I was younger and went to all the regattas in Cork - it’s a very challenging and physically strenuous sport.

I’ve been going to Power of Boxing for years now and boxed in Dublin when I lived there too. I find it quite empowering - you can switch off for 45 minutes, you’re not on your phone and you’re not thinking about anything else.

If I’m ever having a stressful day or feeling overwhelmed, I find exercise great for clearing the head and rationalising things.

In a job like mine you can feel that you have to be online a lot, and because I love it I want to be on a lot, but when the boxing gloves are on you have no choice but to put the phone down.

I recently organised a group session with 20 girls from my Instagram. I love organising group events and the boxing club was happy to host a session for us.

It’s a great workout, a great stress reliever and a nice way to meet new people - especially if you’ve just moved to London which can be quite a lonely city when you first move there.

13.00

I’ll pick up some ingredients on the way home and then make lunch. I love cooking and on Saturdays I like to take my time to make something nice.

I’ve a saved folder of recipes on TikTok. Sometimes I’ll invite friends over and we’ll sit and chat.

My ideal Saturday would be spent at home with my parents - we’re very close. We love to go for a walk to The Heron Café or we might drive to Lismore and get a coffee and pastries at Vinilo Bakery and dinner later at Farm Gate.

We love a cliff walk in Ardmore followed by a roast dinner in The White Horses. When the weather is good in Ireland there’s no better place to be.

15.00

Coming from a corporate background which was very Monday-to-Friday, nine-to-five, I like to try to keep it that way too now that I’m working for myself.

That said, I do like to do a bit of brainstorming on a Saturday because I like to wake up on Monday morning and know what the plan is. I really like an app called Todoist - I’ll write down all my ideas and schedule my week.

I’ll do a little audit of my Instagram to see which videos are the most popular and what people are asking me for. At the moment people are very interested in colour and in finding the right clothes for their body shapes.

I’ve been very lucky to have had a positive experience of social media and to have very nice people following me - hopefully they get a bit of value out of the things I share.

Ultimately I want people to feel empowered and not totally overwhelmed when they’re shopping.

I spend so much time in shops during the week that I tend to skip them on weekends. My top tip for weekend shopping is to start early and always ask the sales team for advice.

17.00

I love any excuse to do my makeup and get dressed up. I find getting ready to go out very therapeutic. My friends might call over and we’ll get ready together. A lot of my friends are from Ireland but we met in London - they’re like my little family here in the absence of my own family.

19.00

If I’m going out I prefer to have tapas style dishes rather than a huge meal. I love Bancone Pasta; Zephyr and Rita's in Notting Hill and La Bodega Negra for Mexican food.

I love to go to see a show sometimes - I can’t wait to see Elton John’s The Devil Wears Prada.

21.00

We’ll go to Kettner’s or Bar Termini for cocktails and the Little Scarlet Door or The Devonshire. Claridges is great for people-watching so I might have one cocktail there on a special occasion.

Back home I love The Montenotte Hotel as well as Cafe Paradiso and The Glass Curtain. If I’m in Cork for the weekend I’ll have to go to KCs in Douglas for a King Creole.

02.30

If we’re out dancing it might be a late one though I have been known to do an Irish goodbye. I like going home to bed and look forward to a chilled Sunday.
