Your guide to where to pick your own pumpkins across Ireland this year
With this handy list you'll definitely find a pumpkin farm near you. This gorgeous gourd is at Killarney Pumpkin Farm
There might be glorious sunshine at the moment but there's a touch of Autumn in the evenings for sure. So that means pumpkins...
Of course, you can source fine-sized pumpkins at your local farmers market or fruit and veg shop but you could make it a bit more fun by selecting one fresh from the farm. And many of these farms have lots of Autumn foods and events on too — as well as spooky Halloween displays and games.
Here are some places where you can totally get into that autumnal vibe.
Be sure to book tickets or call before you travel. Typically these are outdoor events and often on working farms so dogs may not be allowed — and think wellies, and even rain macs for yourselves.

Sunday, October 8 and 15. 10am to 3.30pm.
Costs €20 for entry and one pumpkin. €5 for entry only. Family ticket (family of four) €32.50. Children under 2 free.
Follow the Pumpkin Trail around the site to the Haunted Cabin, the outdoor games area, the sheep pen, Halloween photo booth, arts & crafts area and of course...the Pumpkin Patch! Expect scary songs and stories, Halloween tattoos (temporary ones!!) and a Guess the Pumpkin Weight competition!
No dogs except special assistance dogs.
