Sophie Power is a Guinness World Record breaker. The 41-year-old mum of three set off from Malin Head at 8.03am on May 28 and ran non-stop until she reached Mizen Head at 8.11pm on May 31.

That’s 350 miles or the entire length of Ireland. She completed it in three days, 12 hours and eight minutes, knocking three and a half hours off the previous best time set by a woman. She has been recovering ever since.
