Penneys is growing its activewear range with the launch of a new sub-brand called Primark Form.

Designed to challenge the perception that great-looking and high-performing activewear costs more, the range is the first to launch under the Primark Form name.

The new autumn/winter collection builds on the launch of Penneys largest activewear range at the start of the year.

Available year-round across all markets, Primark Form is the fashion retailer’s most advanced activewear range to date, bringing together performance-led fabrics, considered design and technical features at the prices Penneys is known for.

Smooth Support delivers breathable, sweat-wicking fabric with four-way stretch for training sessions, while Buttery Soft offers a soft feel designed for activities such as yoga and Pilates.

The Running collection includes shower-resistant finishes, hidden support features and reflective detailing, while Seam Free provides smooth, second-skin comfort for everyday wear.

Key pieces include the Seam Free Crop Top (€6) and Seam Free Shorts (€9) in dark pink, Smooth Support Crop Top and Shorts (€8 each) in fudge, and a Buttery Soft Jacket (€18) and Leggings (€13) in blush pink.

Primark Form extends across menswear, with new pieces including a Thermolite Padded Jacket and Gilet, designed to provide lightweight warmth, while AIRDINAMICS Seam Free Tees are quick-drying and breathable, with prices ranging from €5 to €30.

Kidswear includes Stretch Zip-Through Tracksuits, Performance Tees, Vests and Leggings available in a variety of colours, with prices from €3.50 to €26.

The range also includes independently accredited products, including the Running Vest (€16), Running Shorts (€12) and Smooth Support Leggings (€13), which have all received Women's Health accreditation, with testers praising the products for their comfort, fit, practicality and value for money.

Commenting on the launch, Chief Product Officer Steve Lawton said: "Primark Form is all about showing people that you don’t need to pay more to get great-looking, fitting and functional activewear.

Whether you’re training for a personal best, heading to a favourite class or simply finding more ways to move throughout the week, you shouldn't have to choose between quality, performance and value.

“We've combined thoughtful design, technical fabrics and performance-led features with the great prices Primark [Penneys] is known for, creating a range that helps more people access activewear they can genuinely feel good in. Primark Form is designed to give you the comfort and confidence to move your way.”
