The candle

100% of profits from every sale are donated directly to Jigsaw Ireland
100% of profits from every sale are donated directly to Jigsaw Ireland

Flicker is a hand-poured NatureWax candle infused with calming lavender, clarifying eucalyptus and grounding patchouli. What makes Flicker truly special, however, is its purpose: 100% of profits from every sale are donated directly to Jigsaw Ireland, a mental health charity providing free therapy and support to young people aged 12–25.

The ethos behind it all? Designed to create stillness, when you light Flicker, you’re not just creating a moment of calm for yourself, you’re helping create one for someone else too.

FitFoods' latest Big Eat range offers larger portions with a high-protein focus

The brainchild of the O’Leary family — dad Paddy and brothers Brian and David — FitFoods has become one of Ireland’s most recognisable names in the ready-meal category. Now, taking into account consumers’ increasing focus on protein and, more recently, fibre, their latest Big Eat range offers larger portions with a high-protein focus, while the Mini Meals range (exclusive to Tesco), delivers lower-calorie options that spotlight fibre content. The Chicken Pesto Pasta (23g protein, 9.8g fibre, 322 kcal) is our new lunch time favourite.
