Bioderma Sébium Kerato+ Body Spray
Bioderma Sébium Kerato+ Body Spray

The acne killer

We’re all hoping for more of the glorious weather enjoyed across Ireland this past week, but for those living with body acne, baring skin in the sunshine can feel daunting. Up to 80% of Irish people aged between 11 and 30 will experience acne at some stage, with many affected beyond the face — most commonly on the back, shoulders and chest.

Bioderma’s new SÉBIUM KERATO+ BODY has been specifically designed to target these difficult-to-reach areas with a practical 360° spray format that allows for effortless, even application from every angle. The formula contains salicylic acid to help unclog pores, 4% niacinamide to calm inflammation and soothe acne-related discomfort and lilac extract to regulate excess sebum production. €26.

The rooftop bar

Anantara The Marker’s Rooftop Bar and Terrace has officially opened for the 2026 season, which is good news for anyone who loves cocktails, bites, and vibes with a view.

This year, the gorgeous sky-high bar at the stylish five-star hotel is serving a Mexican-inspired menu from Wednesdays to Sundays, with signature cocktails and scrumptious spicy bites (don’t miss the bluefin tuna tostada or Wicklow lamb birria) to bring Mexican energy to Grand Canal Dock while you take in the panoramic skyline. With live DJ sets every second Sunday throughout the summer, we know where we want to be on sunny afternoons.

Reservations are recommended, with early booking advised for the hottest tables in town. Sunset margaritas, anyone?

The bed linen for summer

Foxford has launched a new summer range – a considered line of bed linen to refresh bedrooms for a new season.

Sustainable fabrics and muted tones are the focus with the addition of two new natural linens, Nacre and ochre stripe. New designs in the 300 thread count collection offer a very different mood: Maeve (pictured, single duvet €80) – a country cottage- inspired floral block print in tones of muted lilac and faded green against a soft white background –and Daisy – a simple, cheerful white daisy design on a soft sage base. The Everyday Collection in 180 thread count, the entry price point range, is light, breathable and easy to care for. Two new designs have been introduced this season: Poppy and Willow (single €65).

Foxford bedlinen has been designed in Ireland by Helen McAlinden for the past twenty years, with new sustainable designs launched each season.
