Tried and tested: Concealers
I was impressed with this cover-up. It was less greasy than my usual concealer, with a matte texture, which meant I did need to spend more time blending, but the result was long-lasting. And at €2.45, it’s a steal.
This has a very creamy consistency, so I was worried it might be a bit chalky, but it’s much more sheer and subtle when applied.
It works really well to hide eye bags and blemishes, and stays put all day.
The ideal find if you’re after a perfectly smooth concealer.

On the catwalks, the red lip returns every season in one incarnation or another, but back in the real world, 54% of women say they’re too shy to slick on the scarlet lippie, according to a new survey.
The striking lipstick is a real opinion divider, with 32% of the 2,000 respondents saying that wearing red lippie is ‘sexy’ and 26% saying it’s ‘confident’, while only 8% would wear it to a job interview, and just 6% to ask for a pay rise.

Ten years in the making, Sarah Jessica Parker’s new fragrance is a major departure from her previous scents, but that’s no bad thing at all.
It blends top notes of black pepper, sage and grapefruit zest with the warmth of cedar wood, pistachio and ginger lily.
