Former Coronation Street actress Tracy Shaw has shared a tearful update about her breast cancer, saying surgery is not currently possible as her tumours have not shrunk in size.

The actress and singer, 52, revealed she was diagnosed with the disease in April and has since shared regular updates on social media, including what she is facing during her rounds of chemotherapy.
