RTÉ's Mary Wilson cancels wedding due to Covid-19

RTÉ's Mary Wilson has cancelled her wedding because of Covid-19.

"Today was supposed to be the day I said I do to the wonderful Hugh Daly," Ms Wilson tweeted.

"Instead it is wedding postponed until we overcome this virus."

Ms Wilson, who grew up in Tipperary, met Hugh, a Dublin GP, over lunch at a funeral.

They chatted and he later called her.

The couple live in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin, with Mary's daughter, Aoife.
